Ceramic Fiber Installation

Ceramic Technology, Inc. (CTI) installs a variety of ceramic fiber insulation, including ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board, and ceramic fiber modules. We install ceramic fiber linings in heat treat furnaces, furnace doors, regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs), gasifiers, brick kilns, and more.

We can install completely new linings or can repair and replace existing ceramic fiber linings. We also have the in-house capability of making our own ceramic fiber modules, so we can offer a custom sized module package to any high temperature vessel in need of a lining.
