Project Summary

Ceramic Technology, Inc. (CTI) installed a 3000°F Fiber Burner Block in a Tunnel Furnace. Replaced old castable burner block (weight 300 Lbs)  with new style fiber burner block (weight 35 Lbs), providing the following benefits:

• Safety: Fiber Burner Blocks are Lightweight, approximately 1/6 the weight of current Castable Block
• Reduced Installation Time: Unique High Temperature Hardware Mounting System provides proper alignment of the vacuum formed shape into casing enclosure. Proper alignment benefits both new and replacement installs.
• Long Life: Fiber Burner Blocks provide years of service life in industrial furnaces
